Double Exposure Blackjack

Double Exposure

This Double Exposure Blackjack is a blackjack variant using one (8) decks of 52 cards, and the cards are shuffled after each hand. Double Exposure 21 is an increasingly popular variant of Blackjack in which both of the dealer's cards are dealt face up! Double Exposure Blackjack was invented by Bob Stupak, a former Las Vegas casino owner. Double Exposure Blackjack is also known as Dealer Disclosure or Face-Up 21. These are all the same game, different name. The main idea of Double Exposure Blackjack is that there is no hole card. Both dealer cards are dealt face up. This creates a huge strategy advantage for the player, as it enables the player to decide intelligently whether to stand, hit, double, or split.

One difference between Double Exposure Blackjack and normal blackjack games is what happens in the event of a tie. Normally in a tie situation, the player gets his bet back but doesn't win anything. This is called a "push." But in Double Exposure Blackjack, the dealer wins all ties (except for tied blackjack). Another major difference is that instead of getting paid 3:2 on a blackjack hand, the player only gets even money 1:1.

As in all traditional blackjack games, aces can count as either 1 or 11, whichever is more advantageous to the player. The dealer must hit on a soft 17. The dealer wins all ties except for a tied blackjack, which is won by the player. Player blackjack pays even money. The player can double down on 9, 10, or 11, and may double down after a split. Three splits are allowed (to form four hands). Aces can be re-split, but a split ace and a 10 is considered a 21 and not a blackjack. Cards with the value of 10 - even cards that are not identical - can be split.

Cantor Casino (UK) version features two special bonus payouts - 99.74% payout, both dealer cards dealt face-up, Ace + Jack of hearts pays 2:1, 6-7-8 of same suit pays 2:1. This particular version of Double Exposure 21 offers players the best odds in the world, even better odds than blackjack when the correct strategy is used.

Wild Jack Casino offers regular Double Exposure Blackjack, Double Exposure Blackjack Gold, and Multi-Hand Double Exposure Blackjack. In addition, you can play Double Exposure Blackjack in our no-download Flash Casino. No matter what your choice, you can play Double Exposure Blackjack for real money, or you can play for practice in order to become familiar with the rules and strategies of this unusual blackjack game.

Las Vegas Downtown Blackjack

Las Vegas Downtown Blackjack

The Las Vegas Downtown High Limit Blackjack game version at Party Casino is played with eight decks and each deck has 52 cards. Typically though, the game is played with 2 decks of 52 cards each.
Match Play 21

Match Play 21

The objective of Match Play 21 is for a Player to come as close to 21 without going over, while still having a higher total than the Dealer. Prior to receiving any cards, the Player must place a wager. Once the wager is made, the Player is dealt two cards face up. The Dealer is also dealt two cards. If the total value of the Player's cards is closer to 21 than the Dealer, the Player wins as much as was wagered. The Player also wins if the Dealer goes over 21 and the Player has not busted. If the Player's total goes over 21, the Player loses the amount wagered.
Pontoon

Pontoon

Pontoon is an English variation of blackjack with significant rule and strategy differences. However, in Australia and Malaysia, Pontoon is an unlicensed version of the American game Spanish 21 played without a hole card; despite the name, it bears no relation to English Pontoon. The objective of Pontoon is the same as Blackjack but the rules differ.
Super 21

Multi-hand Vegas Strip Blackjack

The objective of Super 21 is for a Player to come as close to 21 without going over, while still having a higher total than the Dealer.
