In low limit Hold'em poker, play only high cards that have another way of winning besides just pairing up.
Like King Ten, unsuited, because you can make a straight or big pair. if they are suited you have a better chance with a flush as well. If you have Ace Ace and three of a suit come up on the flop if you don't have the ace of that suit and bet and get raised, then fold if you have the Ace; then just call because you can make the top flush.
Watch out of the dumb end of a straight that's the low end. I see a lot of people betting and raising when the board shows 6, 7, 8, 9 and they have the 5. Its worth a call most of the time, but not a raise.
